Sicilian chilli salami
With a slightly spicy flavour, chilli salami is obtained from the processing of meat from pigs reared in a semi-extensive method, so-called in "Pien aria", fed on acorns and fodder crops that give it typical organoleptic characteristics. Excellent in aperitifs and typical appetisers, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
