Young, fresh, an elegant fruitiness. Bianco di Nera is the FRIZZANTE Milazzo. A blend and an unmistakable imprint with Nero Cappuccio vinified in white, Chardonnay and Inzolia for our short Charmat born in 1993. Second fermentation in our autoclaves for a short period to enhance the aromas and softness in the glass with immediate impact.

HARVESTING METHOD: Manual, in 14 kg crates
VINIFICATION: The grapes are crushed and destemmed and are pressed with a pneumatic press at
closed lung. After a rapid cold clarification, the musts were racked and fermented
temperature-controlled in steel tanks
MATURATION: In steel tanks. Maturation in bottle.
ALCOHOL: 12% Vol.
PAIRING: Starters, light first courses, fish and white meat.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-7 °C
SENSORY NOTES
Lovely deep straw yellow colour. The nose is rich and complex. Notes of fruit emerge clearly
yellow tropicals, such as pineapple and yellow peach, which are joined on the fi nal by fl oreal hints of
dandelion and acacia honey. Fresh and creamy on the palate, it reveals a delicate acidity.
