Refine - Acacia Reserve

A limited edition grappa with a smooth flavour and aromatic aroma, Riserva Acacia is articulate in structure, rich in scents conferred by the delicacy of the white pomace. On the palate it is precious and complex. It is made from the pomace of aromatic white grapes, such as Müller Thurgau and Moscato, which, after a delicate pressing, are distilled in the classic discontinuous still. The resulting Grappa rests for 10 years in small acacia barrels to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas. The wood used to build the barrels (Robinia Pseudo Acacia) is seasoned for at least 36 months. The staves are bent exclusively using the steam bending technique in order to preserve the integral characteristics of the wood and the aroma of the essence.
