Description

Jalè, an intense Chardonnay, - Cusumano

This white of the cellar Cusumano reveals the full potential of a variety such as the Chardonnay.

As early as perfume reveals all its personalities, followed by a refreshing sipwhich almost gives the idea of 'modernity', the philosophy that Diego and Alberto try to follow.

Le grapes are cultivated in Piana degli Albanesiat around 700-800 metres above sea level, once harvested by hand they are then cold macerated.

Then, the must ferments in temperature-controlled oak barrels, and finally matures for 12 months, 6 in oak barrels and 6 in the bottle.

This wine to the eye recalls a very bright golden yellow, at perfume open notes of fruit, which then move onto crust of bread and melted butter.

At palate results medium-bodiedwith good freshness and good persistence.
