Description
Wood in pellets is a fuel obtained from virgin wood, sometimes starting with machining waste (such as planing, sawdust, splinters, cuttings) other times from the whole trunk. It can be defined as a 'thickened biofuel, generally in cylindrical form, of random length typically between 5 mm and 30 mm, and with interrupted ends, produced from pulverised biomass with or without pressing additives'. It can be used in pellet burner or in pellet stove.
