MORO = Vines and Grapes: Nero d'Avola 100 %
Refinement:
Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine matures for about 6 months in steel wine vats.
This is followed by ageing in barriques for at least another three months.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
KALSA = Grape varieties and grapes: 100% Grillo
Ageing: The wine matures in barriques for at least two months before being marketed
Alcohol content: 12.5 %
SULLERIA ROSSO = Grape varieties and grapes: 60% Nero d'Avola - 30% Syrah - 10% Nocera
Refinement:
At least 12 months in French oak barrels in which it acquires complexity, style and longevity.
12 months in bottle at a controlled temperature to complete the organoleptic qualities and enhance the characteristic bouquet.
