Refine - Cherry Reserve

A limited edition grappa, round and delicate in both nose and taste. Full-bodied taste with great personality, ample aroma and fine, elegant bouquet. Complex yet decidedly smooth structure. It comes from the marc of red grapes such as Lagrein and Pinot Noir, which after a gentle pressing is distilled in the classic discontinuous still. The resulting Grappa rests for 10 years in small cherry wood barrels to acquire a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas. The wood used for the construction of the barrels (Prunus Cerasus) is seasoned for at least 26 months, while the staves are bent using the technique of steam bending combined with light toasting.
