Ramusa, from Pinot Noir grapes, a fresh and fragrant rosé - Cusumano

This rosé, produced in the centre of Sicily on the beautiful Ficuzza Estate of CusumanoIt is a very fresh and elegant rosé.

The vines for this wine are exclusively Pinot Noir grapes that enjoy the perfect climate of the Ficuzza Estate, 700 metres above sea level, surrounded by large forests

The grapes, once hand-picked, are cold macerated for 24 hours, then softly pressed.

Finally, the must is vinified in steel vats, and matures for 6 months in steel tanks on the fine lees, before being bottled

The glass shows a very light pink colour, with a bouquet characterised by raspberry, wild strawberry and some citrus notes.

Its taste is very delicate, fine and light.
